In case of an emergency, PLAYTIME DOGGY DAYCARE may need to transfer your pet to a caregiver of its choice.  By signing below, I am authorizing PLAYTIME DOGGY DAYCARE to begin service on my pet for any emergency, and permit them to spend
to begin any emergency service. I understand PLAYTIME DOGGY DAYCARE will make every attempt to contact me prior to starting the service.  If you do not provide this information, PLAYTIME DOGGY DAYCARE will make the decision regarding your dog's care, and you will be billed for the amount the service dictates.  You must sign below for your application to be valid, and your signature below indicates that you agree to these terms.

Important Stuff and Rules/Regulations for Playtime Doggy Daycare

Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m, and from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m on Saturdays and Sundays. Drop off and pick up anytime during these hours for daycare (Boarding drop off is between 6 A.M. and 6 P.M.).  A $10 fee may be applied for habitual lateness. For our daycare dogs, any dogs not picked up by our 7:30 P.M. closing time will be boarded overnight and additional fees applied. Additional hours for setting appointments are available on Saturday and Sunday, and appointments may also be made via email and voicemail.

Reservations are mandatory for boarding!  Reservations are filled “first come, first serve” until capacity is reached for each day of boarding. Spaces can be limited on holiday bookings. Playtime recommends that holiday bookings be made at least one month prior, and weekend appointments at least one week in advance.  During Holidays, new customers will need a deposit for half of their stay.  Cancellations for boarding must take place within 72 hours of the appointment, or the deposit will be forfeited. If a customer “no call, no shows”, they will be then required to put down a non refundable deposit for future stays, during any holiday reservations that are made.

Fees must be paid at time of pickup each day, or paid in advance.  Cash, check or MasterCard/Visa, American Express credit cards are accepted. No refunds for pre-paid packages. If you wish to have us charge the card on file, please notify us at time of payment. Long stays for boarding will require a 50% down payment upon scheduling the appointment.

All dogs are required to have on a quick release collar with name tag. NO retractable leashes are allowed.

All food brought to Playtime Doggy Daycare must be stored in an airtight container with the pets name on it. Plastic baggies or opened dog food bags are not acceptable.

All dogs must be spayed or neutered (over 6 months of age), no exceptions!!!

All dogs entering the facility must have current vaccinations. Please submit a copy (prior to arrival) of the vaccination expirations with your application, or, if needed, we can contact the vet for your records. The vaccines required are DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus), Bordatella & Rabies. Your dog needs to have the Bordatella vaccine at least one week prior to boarding or daycare appointment. If this requirement is not met, Playtime reserves the right to quarantine your dog during its stay with an additional special needs charge to be applied. You will receive reminders from Playtime Doggy Daycare when vaccinations are due. If fleas or ticks are discovered, your dog may be turned away for daycare or boarding services.

Dogs may experience separation anxiety, and dogs not normally socialized may not know how to behave properly with other dogs, and might be at a higher risk to bites, fights, fear, aggression, behavior problems, etc.

Your dog may have some discomfort, be extremely tired, and active play may result in cuts, blisters and other abrasions on their feet. THIS SORENESS USUALLY SUBSIDES IN A DAY OR TWO. Parents will be updated on condition of paws during the day, with suggestions for treating the paws, if necessary. THIS CONDITION USUALLY ONLY EXISTS FOR THE FIRST VISIT OR TWO TO DAYCARE, AND AS YOUR DOG’S PAWS TOUGHEN, SHOULD NOT OCCUR ON A REGULAR BASIS.

Your dog may get dirty, hair matted, and wet during play. Playtime facilities are cleaned and disinfected nightly. Playtime offers grooming services, which are available upon request.

Your dog is playing actively, and fights and injuries could occur. I waive all rights against Playtime Doggy Daycare, LLC, and its employees, regarding my dogs for any injury, illness or death stemming from any acts while dogs are in our stay. I also understand, and waive any rights against other dogs, and dog owner’s intentional or unintentional acts that may cause harm to my dog(s), or personal property. PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYTIME HAS ONE DOG HANDLER FOR EVERY 17-25 DOGS IN DAYCARE.

Your dog’s behavior will be tested at the beginning of it’s first day of daycare, where our qualified staff will perform food and toy aggression tests, and any aggressive behavior may cause dismissal from our daycare. FIRST DAY BEHAVIOR ASSESSMENTS TAKE PLACE ONLY ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS, and the testing begins on those days on or before 7:30 A.M. Each dog is also tested for overall comfort level. Daycare is not for every dog, our tests also make sure your dog is happy, comfortable, and will get the most of their daycare/boarding experience. First day fees and aggression test fees are non-refundable, even if the dog fails our tests. This signature acknowledges that I have read and understand the items listed above.
